Skalptec’s Terence Jones and Ian Allen Finalists at MPUK 19
Skalptec, the UK’s leading micropigmentation providers, are proud to announce that Terence Jones and Ian Allen are finalists for this year’s Scalp Micropigmentation Award at the MPUK 19 Awards.
A History Of Success
This is Ian’s second consecutive year as a finalist as he came 4th in last year’s running and is looking to achieve even more this year. Ian operates out of Skalptec’s Newcastle clinic. Terence is also no stranger to the Scalp Micropigmentation Awards at the MPUK, as he won this award in 2017. Terence is the head technician at Skalptec and is runs the Liverpool headquarters. We have high hopes for both of them as their standards of micropigmentation service make them worthy finalists.

The MPUK was formed in 2015 by Sonia Anderson, an independent practitioner and trainer with over 30 years’ experience of working within the beauty and micropigmentation industry.
MPUK was established to bring people in the industry together to work towards a common purpose. It aims to disseminate knowledge and share best practise and to help to ensure the highest standards of professional ethics and conduct are upheld among providers and practitioners operating in the UK. The Awards are growing every year and have 10 individual categories this year, as well as 7 industry categories.
Having two technicians from the Skalptec family in this year’s final is a massive achievement and shows that despite the industry’s face-pace and the entrance of so many new player, Skalptec remain the UK’s leading providers.
